We will be making 100% hand crafted on site distilled spirits....
What kind?... Well, the kind we hope you enjoy when you drink, the kind we make from as many local ingredients as possible, the kind we make in harmony with the other business in the area, and most importantly, the kind you drink with responsibility with and in moderation. Not many small breweries just make stouts, so don't expect us to make just Whiskey, Vodka and Gin, although single malt whiskey will be our pride and joy... We also believe there is a huge potential for craft Gin, Gins with a more approachable character, with local and exotic botanicals. I conclusion, we hope to make an array of fine artisan spirits that broaden the horizons of people who are used to mass-marketed, blended into boredom, artificial spirits...
