*Bayside Urgent Care Center will not submit any charges collected and or charged for the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) IgG/IgM Rapid Test to your Insurance Company. You will later seek to be reimbursed by your Insurance company at your own responsibility. Other services available including Sick Visits, DOT Physicals, School/Sports Physicals and more.
