This fun family program will help participants develop the Fundamental Movement Skills needed for lifelong physical activity. This unique program is specially designed for children and their families to learn these very important skills in a supportive, nonjudgmental, and fun environment. Come have a blast while you play and learn tips for the whole family to use.
