There are many occasions like that that happen every month in St. Petersburg, Florida, so if you are looking for a wonderful thing to do with your family, then Wabamm is a good place to start looking.
The City of St. Petersburg is hosting an event in celebration of additional lighting being added to the Pinellas Trail. The new lights extend East and West of 22nd St. S.
This celebratory event, in partnership with the Warehouse Arts District, will take place on Saturday, November 9 at the Warehouse Arts District ArtsXchange St. Pete at 515 22nd St. S. from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
In addition, hours of operation on the Pinellas Trail have been extended until 11 p.m. The Pinellas Trail, like most City and County Parks, normally closes 30 minutes after dusk. Keeping this portion of the trail open later encourages a more walkable and bikable environment.
Said Mayor Kriseman: âI am incredibly pleased to see lights on the Pinellas Trail. This means more people will get use of the trail, and be able to explore more of St. Petersburg, for longer.â
Following this special ceremony, attendees are invited to enjoy the current ArtsXchange exhibit (Black & Blue â Depictions by Andra Douglas) and explore the St. Petersburg Second Saturday ArtWalk
