Kara Lynn's Kitchen, located at 421 Cleveland St., has "Good2Go" food made from scratch. If you like healthy food, this is the place to go. They have various soups that are hearty and deep flavor. I have had several versions w sausage and today's was Brussels sprouts w bacon. Mmmm
My wife and I had quiche Lorraine which was amazing. We also had a blueberry muffin (Paleo) w Kerry Gold Butter.
I have ordered entrees to go many times. They do have an opportunity to order several days of food in advance so you can ensure you will eat healthy and tasty for the few days you order.
This place has real food that's real good! Is it cheap? Heck no but it's readonable and they are friendly and knowledgable about Paleo eating. Just ask!"
